There are many easy exercises you can do while at work that don't require any special equipment or a lot of time. Here are some ideas:
Take a few minutes to do some simple stretches. You can stretch your arms, legs, neck, and back while sitting in your chair.
Take a walk around the office or outside. Even a few minutes of walking can help get your blood flowing and give you a mental and physical break.
Do some wall push-ups. Place your hands against a wall and do several sets of push-ups, with breaks in between.
Do some leg and arm lifts. While sitting in your chair, lift one leg and hold it for a few seconds. Then switch legs. To do arm lifts, raise your arms up and hold for a few seconds.
Squats and lunges. Stand up from your chair and do several sets of squats and lunges. This can help tone your legs and core.
Take the stairs. If you have access to stairs in the office, take them instead of the elevator or escalator.
